AIS FLAT EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Any allottee who wish to exchange the allotted flats between/amongst themselves can get NEFT/RTGS done in ICICI Bank details given.
The details of NEFT/RTGS alongwith application for exchange can be given to Deputy Housing Commissioner Circle-I through e-mail or personally at dhcjpr1.rhb@rajasthan.gov.in
This fee is not refundable, so it would be better if any applicants who want to change the flat among themselves, submit their application together by depositing the fee and send their application to the Deputy Housing Commissioner First.

ICICI BRANCH DETAILS FOR PAYMENT DEPOSIT

Note:

If you are really interested to change the allotted flat in exchange with other allottee. Please putforth your and other allottee's request together with a sum of INR 2,000 (administrative processing charges) and 18% GST thereon = INR 2,360 from each exchanging allottee latest by 9th July 2021 by way of email to DHCHQ.RHB@RAJASTHAN.GOV.IN, for necessary effect.

This change, being one time exercise, is irrevocable and anymore exchange, if any on a later date, will not be entertained. This exercise is being undertaken on your behest, exclusively and therefore you have indemnified us as to no rights are affected of yours as well as other applicant/allottees, on filling the exchange request. This is applicable to the AIS Residency Scheme Phase I only. This may not be taken as precedence and therefore not liable to be replicated elsewhere in any manner.
